A legitimate casting should be able to explain who is organizing it, what is being produced and how selected material will be used. Research the company and named team members through independent sources. A social profile alone is not proof of professional identity.
Request the full address, arrival time, expected duration, wardrobe requirements, compensation and contact person. Ask whether photographs or video will be recorded during the casting and what happens to that material afterward. Unexpected demands for fees, secrecy, intimate images or immediate travel deserve caution.
Share your schedule and location with someone you trust. Arrange your own transportation when possible and keep control of identity documents and personal devices. Adult models are still entitled to boundaries, privacy and a safe working environment. Leaving an uncomfortable situation is a professional decision, not a failure.
If an opportunity changes substantially after you arrive, stop and reassess it. Consent to one concept does not mean consent to a different concept. Agencies, clients and creators who value professional work will understand clear questions and written expectations.
